Event-Specific Coaching
Standard: $250 per event
Premium: $450 per event
Short-term, focused support for one race, competition, or performance goal. Perfect if you want a targeted plan leading up to your event without committing to year-round coaching.
Includes:
Assessment of current training and needs
Customized strategies for hydration, heat adaptation, recovery, and race-day performance
2–4 check-ins via call, email, or text
Race-day guidance and troubleshooting
Ongoing Optimization Coaching
Standard: $500/month
Premium: $700–$900/month
Ongoing support to optimize performance across multiple events and seasons. Ideal if you want consistent guidance and science-backed adjustments throughout the year.
Includes:
Initial assessment and ongoing performance review
Collaboration with your coach to enhance your existing training
Guidance on hydration, heat adaptation, recovery, and fueling
Monthly or bi-weekly check-ins and troubleshooting
Certain services may require or recommend specific monitoring tools or equipment. Equipment costs are not included unless explicitly stated and are typically purchased directly by the client to ensure proper fit, ownership, and long-term use.
